Kanye West really hasn’t appealed to me since 808s, and his American Boy collaboration, but today I saw on some award shows a performance by miss Keri Hilson. While the majority of her segued montage didn’t really appeal her performance was incredible. The dance movements were so well orchestrated, even down to her throwing a microphone behind her back in perfect synchrony to a song I’d not heard yet; Knock You Down. Frankly the song is obviously catchy, the production’s pretty good and it all comes together for one of those rare moments when I actually like an R’n’B track.
