Gossip Girl is one of the few U.S. dramas I’ve seen that’s ratings have increased season 1 to season 2. An impressive feat considering most television, unless reality, seems to drop like bombs. I’ve read articles from the high brow U.S. press that questions how significant, as a cultural satire, the show is. Regardless of its cultural significance, I am a fan. As usual with Josh Schwartz’s shows, the music selection is impeccably chosen.
Recently, I’ve been rewatching the shows, due to an unfortunate bout of swine flu that’s kept me homward bound. Noticing the odd song I never ended up searching for at the time, I’ve come across this absolute gem from Santogold; The Creator.
